Why buy any other luxury watch?
I purchased this watch as an anniversary present for my girlfriend (now wife) after she tried on many watches in St. Thomas and found this one to be the best style for her. Not only does she wear her Tag every day she has been scuba diving in this watch hiking and plenty of other sports activities. So far the only maintenance we have done is to clean and polish it occasionally.
One thing I should highlight is that if you purchase this Tag Heuer or any other one that is the "Link" style you need a jeweler to adjust the band size. It is very complicated to do on your own.
On a side note I also own a Tag that is 15 years old and has never had an issue I just replace the battery every 2-3 years and it keeps perfect time.

Fantastic deal!I bought this watch last week as a reward for a great sales year. Was very happy with the price (about 50% less than retail!) and more impressed with the quick delivery. Amazon has come thru again as the first place to look for high quality great priced items.
Took the watch to a local Tag dealer to get a few links taken out of the band. No charge for that! I looked at the price of the same watch in that dealers store: $1195.00. Way to go Amazon thanks for the great deal on the beautiful watch.

Excellent Orginal Tag Heuer from AmazonI order this model from Amazon for US$1299.00 the only difference was that it was in white. I was unsure because the price was too low but decided to go ahead the watch is original & Brand New and in perfect conditions LOVE IT!!! Specially the price. Of course from Amazon you do not get an international warranty just the Amazon one which I think is enough I think in this issue consists the price reduction becuase Amazon is not an authorized retailer from TAG but in this kind of watches rarely you'll need to repair them ans you have a warranty for it... The delivery was amazing right on the spot.
The Watch:
At first I was not too keen on the shinny markers of the rotating crown until I gave it a very strong hit against a pool bottom while diving this markers are an excellent protection against this kind of accidents. Sapphire crystal has already been given various tests and pass with flying colors. Of course this is an automatic do not expect the accuracy of a quartz but if you know about watches you'll get an automatic well worth timepiece. What I liked most about this watch is the disposition of the chronometer very similar to the Link (200m Water Resistance) and Carrera models(50m Water Resistance) but with 300 meters resistance to water and with lower price.
On the down sides the crown rotates to easy for my taste the bracelet polished parts will get scratched as well as the shiny markers on the rotating crown and the security clasp will wear down over time but still FIVE STARS for the watch TAG HEUER and AMAZON are my personal favorites...
Be sure to check all offers this watches become available from time to time in the great deals around $1300.00 from AMAZON... I surely will buy another one for my collection.

Pictures don't do it justiceGorgeous watch--pictures don't to it justice. The back of the case has a window into the internals something very cool for a watch buff. I was concerned that the case and bracelet might scratch easily but the stainless steel seems to be very scratch-resistant. Easy to set easy to read and very stylish.
Only two things to beware of:
1. Tag does not authorize ANY watches sold through the Web period. I actually bought mine at an authorized dealer and paid $1695 and the watch is still worth it. Luckily I think Amazon & its sellers are about as good as you'll get for non-authorized sellers. Just make sure you research the actual company selling you the product.
2. There are no microadjustments for the band meaning it's remove X number of links and that's it. Tag has very sturdy bands--that's probably the reason for no microadjustment. Mine could be a tiny bit tighter but I can't add another link back because it's too tight. Lesson--you might not get band fit you're 100% happy with. I think the band sturdiness over the long term is worth it.

Extremely SatisfiedI received this watch as a graduation gift about a 18 months ago and it is the best watch I've ever worn. It feels wonderful on my wrist looks great in any situation. I wear it every day and usually take it off if I am doing anything active. The crystal has no scratches after everyday use and the bezel has two very tiny scratches. All I have ever owned are Seiko and Casio watches and both get scratches within a month or so.
What I found really amazing was the accuracy of this watch. The only time I have ever adjusted this watch is for daylight savings. Over a 6 month period it will not stray more than a minute from what time my cell phone says. I don't see how that's possible with a battery and some gears but those Swiss figured it out.
On a side note it was fun to see that I had the same watch as one of my friend's father at a wedding a few months back. He's heads the retirement fund investment division of one of the giant monster mega banks. I didn't drive away in the same car he came in however...

The Tag Heuer F1 Is a Classic TimepieceThe F1 Tag has been around forever and unlike some other Tag styles (which have come and gone) it's a classic. Many other watch manufacturers have copied it. Along with the Link series I would say this is one of the most popular Tag lines. I admit it's not a dress watch per se but the latest incarnation is very sharp and one can wear it with a suit. Quality is top notch! I believe the black chronograph is the best of them' all.
This is my first watch purchase from Amazon and you cannot beat the price. A very well known watch store by me was at least $350 more (plus tax). Amazon offers it own guarantee on the watches they sell but beyond that I have nothing more to add. Rest assured though the watches are authentic and the savings cannot be ignored. (make sure the seller is Amazon)

FabulousI decided to get a nice watch for myself after my old one broke. I decided on this one and it has been flawless. It looks great keeps time to the second matched to an atomic clock every day and did I say it looks great? My only regret is that I did not get the automatic version but I'll save that for next time.

Beautiful WatchI'm very happy with my Tag. It's very durable and the sapphire crystal is amazing - I'm rough on watches and I haven't put a scratch in the crystal. I wash it up in soap and water and it looks brand new again. The stainless steel is of utmost quality.
One thing however is that you can't have the battery changed by a local jewelery store. To keep the integrity of the watch it has to be sent to an authorized repair center in New Jersey or Dallas TX for just under $100.00. Make sure to send in your warranty card or keep your receipt. Warranty period is for two years and my battery went dead at just over 15 months of use. They will replace the battery for free if in the warranty period. Even with the complications of replacing the battery I would've bought this watch again. You can't go wrong.

Flawless Purchase from AmazonI bought the Tag Formula 1 from Amazon has serial numbers and came with a 2 year warranty from Amazon. the price was 540 and i paid $8 for two day shipping. WatchMaxx and Jomastore had the same watch for about $100 more. the watch came on time with all correct box and materials from TAG.
I love the watch. has good weight to it. I coach so it is fine for hitting baseballs or to wear while coaching football. I was going to get an Omega Speedmaster but have decided to wait and purchased the Tag as an everyday watch. If you need something for everyday and are very active i would say grab this watch even at $650 it is totally worth it. When i had a link taken out from my local jewelry store I got several comments on it and noticed they had the same watch for $1100.

Another awesome watch from TAGMuch has been said about this watch and you can learn a lot more on the TAG HEUER website.
What may not be obvious though is this watch is somewhat unique in the Aquaracer Quartz Chrono series in that it has a brushed finished throughout. The only polished items are the pushers and the crown. All band links and even the bolsters on the bezel are fine brushed - which gives the watch a subdued look.
The other two watches in this series (blue face and white face) have polished center links on the band and polished bezel bolsters. If you are looking for a little more blingy look then this model may not be for you check out the other two. Don't be fooled though - this is an understated style that still exudes quality and class.
The good news about this model is that you will worry less about scratches. This watch is no hangar queen - it should be worn liberally while at play.
As usual with TAG the fit & finish are superb. All materials are of the highest quality. Amazon delivered the watch overnight and in brand new unused condition.
It's a fine addition to any collection.

Can't pass this upThis watch is beautiful. I bought it to replace my old Tag which was more than twice the price and not near as timeless with a stunning deep blue background and large face. You will not be disappointed and of course it comes has all of the classic Tag features with a great link band and waterproof up to 300M.

Love my new Tag HeuerThis watch is great for automotive racing drivers and fans. The split time functions are just awesome. I am not sure if I made the right choice on the rubber band though. Tag Heuer states in the owner's manual that prolonged users should choose a metallic band over the rubber. I just preferred the sportier look of the rubber. People should also know that the large red sweeping second hand is part of the stop watch functions not constantly sweeping as part of the time keeping function. The smaller red second hand is the constant sweeping time keeper. So the large red second hand stays idle at 12 o'clock when stop watch functions are not in use. That just proves however that sport/racing comes first with this watch. Lastly the box is almost as impressive as the watch. Remove the watch "pillow" and it's a great place to store your watch when not wearing it.

Nice looking but some mechanical issues
This Tag watch is a really nice looking dive watch. I have had it for just under 2 years now. Within the first few weeks of owning the watch I had to send it in for service because the day/date would not adjust. It has been fine until this past week when it just stopped working altogether. I currently have it being worked on by Tag and thankfully it is still under warranty (by about 1 month). I think a watch that msrp's for over $3000 should not have these nagging type of problems. I have 3 other watches (two of which are actually more expensive Tag's) so it is not like my Aquaracer is a day to day watch for me. Maybe I just got a lemon and I hope once it comes back from the warranty work it will be fine for years. I have had absolutely no issues with my other Tag watches.
